Young University professor David Dollahite and the

If you have ideas about cities and places which could be the site of the
next or a future sculpture placements, please email your suggestion and the
table below will begin to fill in. If you are interested in being
the lead person/organization in your community to start the process of developing
the network of support necessary to carry out this project or if you have
suggestions of such people and organizations, please let me know. |

aluminum sculpture shown at Chicago's Pier Walk on the Navy Pier and
at the Wandell Sculpture Garden in Urbana, IL
Also shown is a 6'-8" tall wood totem version of "Fathers
and Sons" A variety of models and drawings in the exhibition would
demonstrate how each sculpture in the World Wide Public Art Project would
be unique. |

PROJECT NEWS:
Peter had a display about the project at the Planners Network National
Conference in Rochester, New York on June 21-24 and gave a 2 screen
slide presentation sub titled: "Public Art as a Tool for Community
Activation" It was well received and may lead to placement of the first
in the series of sculpture designs and placements as part of the project. |
