The Thea Bowman House - Memorial Peace Garden

      A 12 foot tall painted aluminum sculpture - the Peace Garden Totem is now a part of the Thea Bowman Memorial Peace Garden which was dedicated on Wednesday, September 16th, 2009 at the Thea Bowman House - 731 Lafayette Street in Utica, NY.

The Thea Bowman House has received a grant to help facilitate the Peace Garden Totem Project:   This project is made possible with funds from the Art Creating Community Decentralization Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts, administered by the Stanley Center for the Arts in Utica.
