"Hi There! Welcome to Manhattan and to Our Neighborhood"
is a proposal for a sculpture on top of a nearly 9 foot tall
pedestal in the center of a traffic roundabout in a neighborhood of
Manhattan, Kansas. This life size family group waving to passing
motorists, brings a human scale to the monumental pedestal and gives a
big welcome to all the viewers.
